Time To Be Aware of Scams, Challenges in the home-buying marketplace.
As the economy continues its slump, the wise real estate investor watches the signs and the people with whom she or he does business with. Companies across the board are seeing problems or at least are not looking to take big chances. This philosophy applies to working with home builders. There are great values out there, but the savvy buyer/investor will cross all the "t's" and dot all the "i's" before making a move. "Go with the proven experts, companies who will be totally honest and upfront with you. Remember, if it sounds just too good to be true, maybe it is. Thoroughly check out each and every opportunity.

ADRE Issues Alert To Watch And Be Aware.
Sam Wercinski, Arizona's Real Estate Commissioner via Mary Utley of the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) recently released an alert stating, "Homebuyers and their real estate agents have the right to know if a builder is in financial trouble and what the status of their earnest money or home completion is. The Department of Real Estate can help provide this information and give assistance to consumers in need." We at GoRealEstate INVESTOR fully support this sound advice and encourage each and every home buyer and/or investor to go the extra mile in checking out any deal or any company/organization they may work with.

The Department Keeps Information On Builders.
As part of the ADRE Consumer Alert, the Department noted, "The Department is now posting information on builders who are in bankruptcy or are having financial difficulties so consumers can make informed decisions and take steps to protect themselves. A list of known builders is available on the Department's website: www.azre.gov." The ADRE site also provided additional information to check out. Please do your research before any major decision.
